    Our story

I was looking for a flat in Bengaluru.

It should have been simple: which projects are in the area I like, and how many homes are still left? It wasn't. Here is what got in the way, and what we built instead.

The story moves on by itself. Scroll or tap any time to take over.

    01 · Search

Google showed me ads and brokers.

Every result was sponsored, or a broker asking me to "call now". None of them told me which projects were actually in the locality I wanted, how many towers each had, or how many homes were still unsold.

    02 · Sign up

Every site wanted my phone number. Then the calls never stopped.

Property portals and brokers hide the basics behind a sign-up form. Leave your number once and it travels: calls through the day, from people you never contacted, about projects you never asked for.

    03 · Hunting

    So I started hunting myself.

I stopped registering anywhere. I drove from site to site and asked directly, no broker in between, just to learn the basics: how many towers, how many flats left, when possession was due. It worked. But it took weekends, one project at a time.

    04 · The answers

The answers already existed, filed with the government.

Every registered builder reports to Karnataka RERA each quarter: towers, homes booked and left, possession dates, approvals, land, litigation. It's trustworthy, because the builder files it themselves. But it sits in dense pages that are hard to read and impossible to compare.

So we put every project on a map.

Find projects in the localities you care about, at a glance. Each pin opens what the builder filed, in plain words.

    06 · Under each pin

    Two things that matter most.

    1. Vacant homes, tower by tower. Which towers are nearly sold out, and which still have plenty.
    2. How fast people are buying. Bookings each quarter, so you can see real demand, not sales talk.

Example: Sri Sri Sattva, Kaggalipura, as filed with Karnataka RERA.

    07 · Our promise

No ads. No brokers. No phone number.

    • Straight from the source: only what builders filed with the government.
    • Nothing to sign up for: we never ask for your number, so no calls, ever.
    • Free and open: 35,067 homes still available across every project, on one map.

    Your turn

Find your next home the way I wish I could have.
