Privacy Policy

propertyblr ("we", "us") runs propertyblr.com, an unofficial map of Bengaluru real-estate projects built from public Karnataka RERA filings, and the PropertyBLRHQ YouTube channel. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can have it deleted.

1. Visitors to propertyblr.com

• No accounts or cookies. You can use the whole site without signing up or giving us any personal information, and the site sets no cookies.
• Help requests (optional). If you choose to fill in the form at propertyblr.com/help, we store what you enter: the project, what you want help with, your message, your name and email if given, your WhatsApp number if you give one, and which link brought you there. We use it only to reply to your request by email, and the WhatsApp number only to send a group invite if you ask for one. We never send promotions, and we never sell or share it with builders, brokers or anyone else. It is stored with our database provider, Supabase, and deleted within 12 months, or within 7 days of your asking (see section 3).
• Verified buyers' group (optional). If you also ask to join our invite-only WhatsApp group, we store your LinkedIn profile link and use it only to check that you are a home buyer, not a broker or builder, before we invite you. We never share it. In the group's main announcement channel only the admins can see your number; if you join a project discussion group, the other verified members of that group can see it, as WhatsApp shows numbers inside groups. You can leave the group at any time.
• Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and counts page views in aggregate (page, referrer, country, browser and device type). It does not identify you or track you across sites. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers process standard request data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
• Map. The map is provided by Google Maps, so your browser loads it from Google's servers, which receive ordinary request data (such as your IP address and the area of the map you view). See Google's privacy policy and the Google Maps terms.
• "Near me". If you use it, your browser asks for your location and uses it only on your device to sort projects by distance. It is never sent to us or stored.

2. YouTube API Services

The uploader is an internal tool run only by the owner of the PropertyBLRHQ channel, on their own computer, to publish our own videos and see how they perform. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

• What it accesses. After the channel owner signs in with Google (OAuth), it uploads our videos to our own channel as Private, with their title, description, tags and English subtitles, and confirms which channel it is signed in to. It also reads statistics for our own videos: view, like and comment counts (YouTube Data API) and aggregate reports such as views, watch time and average percentage viewed (YouTube Analytics API).
• What it does not access. It does not read or collect data about individual viewers or subscribers, the content of comments, or any other channel. The statistics it reads are totals for our own videos only.
• What it stores. Only on the owner's computer: the Google sign-in token, so the owner need not sign in each time, and a list of the video IDs it has uploaded, so a video is not uploaded twice. Statistics are shown to the owner when requested and are not saved. Nothing is stored on propertyblr.com or any server of ours.
• Sharing. We do not sell, share or disclose any data obtained through YouTube API Services, and we do not use it for advertising.
• Cookies and devices. The uploader places no cookies and stores no information on anyone else's device.

3. Revoking access and deleting data

• Access granted to the uploader can be revoked at any time from Google's security settings page: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
• When access is revoked, the stored sign-in token stops working and we delete it, along with the list of uploaded video IDs, within 7 days.
• Any data we hold from YouTube API Services is kept only while needed and is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
• To ask us to delete any data related to you, email propertyblrhq@gmail.com. We will act on it within 7 days and confirm by email.

4. Children

propertyblr is for adults researching homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

5. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
